Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Türkiye)

• Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on the destination.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during campaigns.

International Shipping

• DEA ships worldwide. Delivery time may vary between 7–15 business days depending on the country and customs clearance.

• Customs duties, taxes, and other import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• DEA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• DEA is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
