1. Subject of the Contract

This Distance Sales Contract has been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s)/service(s) that the Buyer has ordered electronically through [www.dea.com].

2. Preliminary Information & Approval

The Buyer confirms that they have been informed about:

  • The main characteristics of the product/service

  • The sales price, payment method, delivery terms and time

  • The right of withdrawal and all related legal rights

By approving this agreement electronically, the Buyer declares that they have received the necessary information before placing the order.

3. Products and Price

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price including taxes, and payment method are specified in the order summary and invoice, and form an integral part of this agreement.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Products are delivered to the shipping company within 1–3 business days following the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the Buyer’s address.

  • DEA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or if the Buyer is absent at the delivery address.

  • The Buyer is responsible for checking the product packaging upon delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

  • If the Buyer wishes to exercise this right, they must notify DEA in writing (via e-mail or other permanent data storage) within this period.

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, together with its invoice and any accessories.

5.1 Return Procedure

  • Once the withdrawal request is received, the Buyer must return the product within 10 days to the address specified by DEA.

  • DEA will refund the product price, including the original shipping cost, within 14 business days after the product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are made to the Buyer’s original payment method.

5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (if the package is opened)

  • Software, audio or video recordings, or books if their packaging has been unsealed

  • Products whose price fluctuates depending on the financial markets (e.g., gold, silver, etc.)

6. Impossibility of Delivery

  • If the product cannot be delivered, DEA will inform the Buyer immediately.

  • If the product cannot be supplied, DEA will refund the Buyer within 14 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, visuals, and designs on the DEA website are the intellectual property of DEA. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s residence are authorized.

9. Acceptance of the Contract

By confirming the order electronically, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Distance Sales Contract.
